How to Obtain the Mistral Lift in Destiny 2

The Mistral Lift is a unique Linear Fusion Rifle available only during Destiny 2's Dawning event. Acquire it from Eva Levante by trading one "Gift in Return" and 25 Dawning Spirits. Eva also offers Festive Engrams (one "Gift in Return" and 10 Dawning Spirits), which may contain the Mistral Lift, but this is not guaranteed.

"Gifts in Return" are crafted from Dawning holiday treats (like the Neomun-Cake) and presented to NPCs. Dawning Spirits, the event currency, are earned by completing daily Dawning quests and bounties from Eva.

Repeat visits to Eva allow multiple attempts at obtaining the Mistral Lift or Festive Engrams until you achieve your desired roll.

Destiny 2 Mistral Lift God Roll

While Linear Fusion Rifles aren't currently meta in Destiny 2 PvP, the Mistral Lift excels in PvE, especially for solo players. This is the recommended god roll:

Withering Gaze and Bait and Switch are key. Withering Gaze debuffs enemies, while Bait and Switch provides a 30% damage boost after aiming down sights for a second. This combination significantly enhances PvE performance.

For group play, consider Envious Assassin as an alternative to Withering Gaze.

Fluted Barrel, Enhanced Battery, and a Handling masterwork improve stability and ammo capacity.
