Marvel's Spider-Man 2 system requirements revealed

A surprising lack of pre-launch fanfare surrounded the PC release of Marvel's Spider-Man 2. Insomniac Games waited until the last minute to unveil the system requirements.

Minimum specifications (targeting 720p at 30fps) call for a GTX 1650 or Radeon RX 5500 XT graphics card, 16GB of RAM, and an i3-8100 or Ryzen 3 3100 CPU. For maximum settings without ray tracing, an RTX 3070 is recommended. Ray tracing and 4K resolution will demand the power of an RTX 40XX series card.

Accompanying the system requirements reveal was a launch trailer.

The PC version will be fully updated, incorporating all patches and improvements from the console releases. Deluxe Edition purchasers receive bonus content, and linking a PlayStation Network (PSN) account unlocks additional costumes.

While the PS5 version launched on October 20, 2023, PC players will swing into action on January 30, 2025.
