Marvel Rivals Reveals New Stats and Most Picked Heroes

Marvel Rivals Season 1 Update: Hero Statistics and Upcoming Buffs

NetEase has released comprehensive player statistics for Marvel Rivals, revealing the most and least popular heroes during the game's initial month. The data covers pick rates and win rates across Quickplay and Competitive modes on both PC and console. The arrival of the Fantastic Four in Season 1, launching January 10th, is expected to significantly impact these figures.

Jeff the Land Shark reigns supreme in Quickplay popularity, boasting the highest pick rate across both PC and console platforms. However, Mantis unexpectedly claims the top spot for win rate, exceeding 50% in both Quickplay (56%) and Competitive (55%) modes. Other high-performing heroes include Loki, Hela, and Adam Warlock.

The popularity contest shows a clear preference for Jeff the Land Shark in Quickplay, while Cloak & Dagger dominate Console Competitive matches, and Luna Snow leads on PC Competitive.

Marvel Rivals: Most Popular Heroes

  • Quickplay (PC & Console): Jeff the Land Shark
  • Competitive (Console): Cloak & Dagger
  • Competitive (PC): Luna Snow

Conversely, Storm, a Duelist character, struggles with extremely low pick rates: a mere 1.66% in Quickplay and a dismal 0.69% in Competitive. This low popularity is attributed to player feedback regarding her underwhelming damage and frustrating gameplay. However, NetEase has announced significant buffs for Storm in Season 1, potentially boosting her pick rate and win rate considerably. The upcoming season promises exciting changes to the meta.
