"Madoka Magica: Magia Exedra Scene 0 Part I Release Imminent!"

Exciting news for fans of *Puella Magi Madoka Magica*: a brand-new update is on the horizon for *Magia Exedra*, featuring an all-new limited-time event quest titled *Scene 0 Part I*. Developed by Aniplex, this event marks the beginning of a three-part narrative arc that will eventually integrate into the game’s main story. While it stands alone for now, it brings with it fresh characters, innovative gameplay mechanics, and new lore to explore.

The event officially launches on May 30th, so if you're planning to dive in, make sure you’ve completed the main quest up to The Fourth Window Into Memory [Dessert Witch] BOSS to unlock access.

Scene 0: A Special Anniversary Celebration

Created as part of the 10th-anniversary celebration of Puella Magi Madoka Magica, Scene 0 was originally introduced in Magia Record. This version introduces players to Mabayu Aki, a middle school student from Mitakihara who suddenly finds herself caught in a bizarre phenomenon—time freezes around her while she remains unaffected.

This strange event sets off a chain reaction that leads Mabayu down a mysterious and magical journey, culminating in a fateful encounter with a familiar face from the series. The event runs from May 30th to June 30th, after which it will be integrated into the main storyline.

As you progress through the event, you’ll collect special event medals that can be exchanged for exclusive rewards, including the portrait Granting Impossible Miracles and valuable Magica Stones. Additionally, the portrait will later become available via the Archive Medal Exchange system.

What Else Is New?

Alongside the event, a brand-new 5-star Kioku, Hollow Woman Mabayu Aki, debuts in the Fate Weave on May 30th. The banner will remain active through the end of June. Players who perform 10 consecutive draws during this period are guaranteed to pull at least a 4-star or higher Kioku.

Also launching on the same date is the Chaos Mode update for the main quest. This new mode focuses entirely on intense boss battles against witches and rumors, each featuring unique challenge missions. To access Chaos Mode, players must have cleared the Nightmare difficulty of the Window Into Memory [Needle Witch] BOSS in the Oriko☆Magica questline.
