Low-Density Suika Take: Stray Cat Falling Captivates Gamers

Author:Kristen Update:Dec 10,2024

Stray Cat Falling, a new puzzle game from Suika, is now available on Android and iOS. This physics-based game features blob-like cats and challenging levels filled with obstacles. Suika's unique puzzle game style, popularized by its namesake title, has found a new and adorable iteration.

The gameplay is reminiscent of Tetris or match-three puzzles. Players drop color-coded objects to combine them and create larger, higher-scoring objects. Strategic cascading creates high scores while preventing overflow.

ytUnlike many Suika-style clones, Stray Cat Falling introduces innovative gameplay mechanics. The physics engine plays a more significant role, with obstacles impacting the falling cats. This adds a layer of strategic depth not found in simpler iterations.
