How to Solve All Password and Padlock Combinations in Lost Records: Bloom and Rage

Lost Records: Bloom and Rage features three lock-based puzzles through Tape 1's end. Should Tape 2, set for release in April 2025, introduce more puzzles, this guide will be updated with their solutions.

Missed a puzzle like the Corey and Dylan love lock in Tape 1? Use the game’s Scene Selection menu to revisit it. Collectible Mode lets you gather missed items without impacting story progress.

Corey and Dylan Lovelock in Scene 10 (Lights, Camera, Action!)

The first lock puzzle appears in Scene 10 of Tape 1, titled ‘Lights, Camera, Action!’. After completing the Forest Girls Memoir, navigate through the park by passing between two large boulders.

Swann and her friends will encounter a wire fence along Kat’s family property. Approach it to spot several “love locks” left by couples, including one belonging to Corey and Dylan.

For a bit of playful revenge, you can unlock Corey and Dylan’s lock. However, the four-digit code requires a clue found later in Scene 24, near Tape 1’s end.

While solving the Blue Spruce Bar Gate puzzle, check Corey’s Bag on his bike in the parking lot. Inside, find a Polaroid photo with a caption noting Corey and Dylan’s anniversary, August 27, 1994. This date is the code.

Return to Scene 10 via the Scene Selection Menu and Collectible Mode. At the fence, enter the code 0827 to unlock it and earn the hidden ‘Heartbreak’ achievement/trophy.

Cabin Padlock in Scene 13 (Cabin in the Woods)

The second puzzle awaits in Scene 13 of Tape 1, ‘Cabin in the Woods’. After the girls find a mysterious cabin at night, Swann enters but must unlock a padlock on the front door to exit and progress.

Start by examining the Old Sheet on a wooden beam behind you. It provides visual clues for the lock’s four dials. The first dial is pre-solved, so focus on finding the other three symbols.

For the second symbol, head to the kitchen area and look up to find a rope handle for the trapdoor. Climb into the attic, then turn to see a crescent moon symbol on the far wall.

For the third symbol, examine the leftmost can on the stove, covered in spider webs. Flip it to reveal a leaf symbol on its bottom.

For the final symbol, check the bear trap on the back wall. It snaps shut upon inspection, revealing a star symbol on the wood behind it.

With all symbols collected, return to the front door and input them into the padlock. This unlocks the door, allowing Swann and the girls to explore the cabin further and advance the story.

Blue Spruce Bar Gate Padlock in Scene 24 (Riot Grrrls)

The final puzzle is in Scene 24 of Tape 1, ‘Riot Grrrls’. As the girls prepare for a concert at Blue Spruce Bar, they need a power source. Follow Autumn and Kat to a locked gate on the parking lot’s left side.

The gate’s padlock requires a sequence of cardinal directions. The solution is nearby—head to Corey’s bike in front of the bar and search its bag.

Inside, find a Pager with a paper slip under its clip. Flip the paper to reveal a sequence of arrows, which is the key to the gate’s lock.

Return to the gate and input the arrow sequence. This unlocks the employee area, where you’ll find the Extension Cord, Power Outlet, and Breaker Panel puzzle to restore power.
