Lara Croft Joins Unique Gaming Adventure

Lara Croft, the iconic Tomb Raider, is raiding her way into Naraka: Bladepoint! This fast-paced battle royale game is celebrating its third anniversary this August with a bang, and a collaboration with the legendary Tomb Raider franchise is a major highlight.

The Tomb Raider series, a gaming icon since 1996, has spawned countless spin-offs, from comics to an upcoming Netflix animated series. Lara Croft herself is a globally recognized video game character, a hugely popular female protagonist, and has already starred in crossovers with titles like Ghost Recon: Breakpoint, Fortnite, and Final Fantasy XV.

In Naraka: Bladepoint, Lara's likeness will be a skin for the agile assassin Matari, also known as the Silver Crow. While a sneak peek of the skin hasn't been released yet, past crossovers suggest it will include a complete outfit, hairstyle, and various accessories. This isn't Naraka: Bladepoint's first crossover, promising a well-executed collaboration.

Naraka: Bladepoint's Huge 2024 Anniversary Celebration

The third anniversary isn't just about Lara Croft; players can also look forward to Perdoria, a brand-new map – the first in almost two years! Launching July 2nd, Perdoria promises unique challenges, secrets, and gameplay mechanics not found in existing maps. Furthermore, a future collaboration with CD Projekt Red's The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is planned for later this year.

However, there's bittersweet news: Naraka: Bladepoint will end support for the Xbox One by the end of August. Don't worry though, all player progress and acquired cosmetics will be safely transferred to their Xbox accounts, allowing seamless continuation on Xbox Series X/S or via the Xbox app on PC.
