Kingdom Come: Footwear Guide for Adventurers

Author:Kristen Update:Feb 25,2025

Maintaining your footwear in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is crucial. This guide details how to acquire and repair shoes, ensuring you're never caught shoeless.

Acquiring New Shoes:

While you begin with a pair, replacement options abound. Loot chests and fallen enemies (poachers are a good source), or purchase new ones. Tailors sell shoes, but cobblers offer superior quality options. Locate a cobbler (their map icon resembles three red circles) – one is found early in Trosky. Cobblers, like Matthew in Trosky, also sell horse gear and crafting kits.

Repairing Shoes:

Two methods exist: NPC repair or self-repair. Cobblers and blacksmiths offer repair services; the cost depends on your Craftsmanship skill level (perks provide discounts).

Alternatively, self-repair is possible with a Cobbler's Kit. These kits are purchased from various vendors (including cobblers and blacksmiths) or found through looting and chests. Access the kit from your inventory, select damaged items (faded items require a higher Craftsmanship skill), and repair.

Remember, Blacksmith's Kits function similarly for repairing other equipment. While vendor repairs are convenient, maintaining your gear's condition is vital for a successful journey.
