KEMCO Launches Metro Quester: A New Mobile Dungeon RPG

Metro Quester – Hack & Slash is now available on Android, offering a unique twist on the traditional KEMCO title. This turn-based JRPG dives deep into the gritty, old-school dungeon crawler genre, providing an immersive experience for players.

Seek the Truth of a Lost World

In Metro Quester – Hack & Slash, you take on the role of a scavenger, exploring underground ruins to gather resources before your weekly food quota expires. The critical number to remember is 100; you need 100 food every seven in-game days to survive. Your journey takes you to monster-filled areas like Otemachi and Ginza, where you search for leftovers. Remember, you can only level up once you return to a safe camp, provided you've survived and collected enough resources.

Choose from 24 unique characters, each belonging to one of eight distinct classes. Customize your combo skills, weapons, and strategies to suit your playstyle. Each ability consumes action points, with a limit of five points per turn and one use per ability per round, making strategic planning essential.

As you navigate the dungeons, the layout reveals itself progressively. You might discover food buried in the dirt, encounter monster nests, find keys to unlock new areas, or even stumble upon a campground to establish a new base.

Metro Quester – Hack & Slash Is Now Out on Android

The game's visual style is intentionally minimalistic, with a bleak and colorless environment that starkly contrasts with the vibrant characters. For a glimpse of the game, check out the trailer below:

For those who enjoy replaying games with increased difficulty, Metro Quester – Hack & Slash includes a NEW GAME+ mode to keep the challenge fresh.

The game is available on Android for $14.99. It does not support game controllers and is available in English and Japanese. You can download it from the Google Play Store.
