Author:Kristen Update:May 22,2025

Marvel has unveiled the much-anticipated trailer for *Ironheart*, the new MCU series set to stream on Disney+. In this exciting series, Dominique Thorne returns as Riri Williams, the armored superhero first introduced in *Black Panther: Wakanda Forever* in 2022. Joining her is Anthony Ramos, portraying Parker Robbins, also known as The Hood. The trailer offers a glimpse into Riri's transformation into a standalone superhero, stepping out from her previous supporting role within the MCU.

PlayParker Robbins / The Hood starts off as a mentor to Riri, encouraging her to unlock her full potential. However, the trailer suggests there's more complexity to his character than initially meets the eye.

*Ironheart*, executive produced by Ryan Coogler, is scheduled to premiere with its first three episodes on June 24 at 6pm PT/9pm ET on Disney+. Riri reflects on her experiences in Wakanda Forever as an "internship abroad," but after being expelled from MIT, she faces a pivotal choice influenced by The Hood's philosophy: "anyone who has accomplished anything has to do questionable things. Are you in or out?"

The trailer showcases Riri suiting up as Ironheart, taking to the skies, and engaging in high-octane action, including a dramatic scene where she punches a truck, sending it soaring overhead.
