Clash Royale's Inferno Dragon Evolves After 9 Years

Clash Royale has finally delivered a long-awaited upgrade for the Inferno Dragon. After years without an Evolution form, this fiery Legendary card is getting its moment in the spotlight. Supercell celebrated the occasion by collaborating with Finnish comedian Ismo Leikola.

The Evolution Deal Nearly Didn't Happen

Nine years after its debut, the Inferno Dragon stars in Clash Royale's new trailer featuring Leikola as its unlikely Hollywood agent.

In an amusing twist, the dragon contemplates leaving Clash Royale behind to pursue opportunities in Tinseltown.

The hilarious negotiation scenes between Leikola and Supercell showcase the dragon's dramatic career transition.

The Evolved Inferno Dragon introduces major gameplay changes - its damage no longer resets when switching targets, maintaining increasing firepower.

Inferno Dragon Evolution Launches With Clash Royale's New Season

Titled "How to Evolve Your Dragon!", the season brings back 2v2 League alongside the dragon's upgrade. Players can team up with friends or random partners.

Milestone Events offer rewards starting from Arena 7, including Lumberjack Evolution Shards, Epic Book of Cards, and cosmetic items.

Crown Chase events award Battle Banners with decorative frames and additional Epic Books. The second Chase includes Evolution Shards.

Throughout June and early July, special modes will feature Evolution Cards:

- Inferno Dragon Evolution Draft (June 2-9)
- Inferno Dragon Challenge with exclusive rewards (June 6-9)
- Evolution Mayhem featuring 4 Evolution Cards per deck (June 9-16)
- Magical Trio (June 16-23)
- 4 Card Showdown (June 23-30)
- Evolution Bonanza allowing 8 Evolution Cards (June 30-July 7)
