Honor of Kings' inaugural Snow Carnival 2024: A Festive Fiesta of Gameplay and Gifts!

Tencent's popular MOBA, Honor of Kings, is launching its first-ever holiday event, the Snow Carnival 2024, brimming with exciting new content and gameplay mechanics! Prepare for a winter wonderland filled with challenging enemies, rewarding events, and plenty of opportunities to connect with friends.

The festivities kick off with gameplay enhancements from November 28th to January 8th. New foes, the Snow Overlord and Snow Tyrant (arriving November 28th), introduce chilling slow and freeze effects. Starting December 12th, heroes Lady Zhen, Princess Frost, Zhuangzi, Dolia, Da Qiao, and Shi gain enhanced water-based skills, inflicting icy effects on opponents.

Navigating the jungle becomes more treacherous with the introduction of Glacial Twists hazards (November 28th – December 11th), slowing and disorienting players. From December 12th to the 23rd, summoning Shadow Vanguard unleashes an ice path effect. Finally, from December 24th to January 8th, defeating the river sprite rewards players with a handy ice sled for strategic maneuvers.

From December 6th to January 8th, the Zero Cost Purchase Event allows players to snag a free item without spending tokens! And for a truly festive touch, a Gift Exchange event runs from December 24th to January 1st, enabling players to exchange gifts with friends. Gift Opening continues from January 1st to the 4th, with a chance to acquire a skin, and even a legendary item!
