Hearthstone Battlegrounds Season 10: New Embers of the World Mini Set Coming Soon

If you're a devoted follower of Hearthstone, Blizzard's hit World of Warcraft-themed card battler, then you're in for a treat! Battlegrounds Season 10: Second Nature is set to go live on April 29th, bringing with it a host of exciting new content. Additionally, the new Embers of the World Tree mini set will be released on May 13th, offering even more ways to mix up your matches.

The theme of Embers of the World Tree revolves around the Druids of the Flame attacking this ancient monument. Both the Druids and the opposing Dream Defenders will receive new Imbue and Dark Gifts, with the Druids harnessing Fire Magic to light up your opponents!

A highlight of the mini set is the introduction of Smouldering Cards. These innovative additions to the Hearthstone lineup grow stronger the longer they remain in your hand. However, be cautious not to hold onto them too long, as they'll eventually flame out and disappear. Strategic planning will be key to maximizing their value.

**Enter the Battleground**

Moving beyond the mini set, Battlegrounds Season 10: Second Nature introduces several thrilling updates. Trinkets make a return, providing passive power-ups on Turn 6 and Turn 9 for lesser and greater trinkets, respectively. You'll also have the chance to harness the power of the wilds with two new heroes: Cenarius and Buttons.

The season also brings over 75 new and returning characters and Tavern spells to the minion pool. For completionists, the Season 10 Battlegrounds Track includes a variety of new themed cosmetics to enhance your collection.
