Whether to give Sargamis his Splinter of Eothas is one of Avowed's first significant choices, leading to vastly different outcomes based on your decision. This Avowed guide delves into the consequences of handing over Eothas' Splinter to Sargamis.

Refusing to give Sargamis the Splinter leads to a confrontation. During the battle, Sargamis summons two spirit creatures that primarily target Kai, while he uses swift thrusting attacks with his sword. He's vulnerable to ice spells, which can be used to slow him down.

Defeating Sargamis rewards you with the Last Light of Day mace, a unique weapon that restores 3% of your health upon defeating an enemy and adds a 10% bonus to fire damage.

What Happens If You Give the Splinter of Eothas to Sargamis in Avowed?

After agreeing to give the Splinter to Sargamis, you face three options. You can change your mind, prompting an attack from Sargamis. Alternatively, you can persuade him to enter the statue, which results in his death and you obtaining the Last Light of Day. The third option involves offering yourself to the statue, leading to two paths: standing in the circle to die and earn the "Get In The Statue, Envoy" achievement, or stepping out of the circle, which enrages Sargamis and leads to a fight.
