The Pointer Sisters' hit song "Hot Together" has experienced a remarkable surge in Spotify streams, skyrocketing by an astonishing 182,000% in just two hours after its feature in the newly released trailer for Grand Theft Auto 6. This trailer premiered yesterday and has already garnered an impressive 77.7 million views on YouTube. As of now, "Hot Together" has accumulated over 250,000 streams on Spotify, a figure that is expected to rise significantly in the coming days.

Sulinna Ong, Spotify’s Global Head of Editorial, emphasized the profound impact of the Grand Theft Auto series on popular culture, stating, “Music has been synonymous with the series since the very beginning, so it’s great to see fans both new and established connecting with an iconic track in this way.”
