Genshin Impact Version 6.0: Unveiling Nasha Town and Nod-Krai

Recent leaks from Genshin Impact's beta servers suggest the locations of Nasha Town and Nod-Krai, both slated for release in Version 6.0. While the fiery Natlan region is still under development, beta builds are progressively incorporating placeholders for the highly anticipated Cryo nation of Snezhnaya, the Tsaritsa's icy domain. Unlike previous Teyvat regions, Snezhnaya's immense size—extending westward from Natlan and encircling Fontaine to the north—necessitates a phased rollout.

Initial leaks suggested Nod-Krai as a separate region in Version 6.0. However, recent datamining confirms its location as an autonomous province within Snezhnaya, acting as a crucial trade hub connecting the Cryo nation to the rest of Teyvat. Liben's insights place Nod-Krai in Snezhnaya's southernmost reaches, suggesting player access via Fontaine or Natlan.

Leakflow, Extra, and footage from The_Strifemaster reveal a placeholder landmass in the Version 5.4 beta build, situated beneath Fontaine's western waterfalls. This landmass intriguingly connects to Mont Esus, previously rumored as a potential Fontaine expansion. Although this doesn't confirm Mont Esus's release timeline, the evidence strongly points towards Nasha Town and Nod-Krai.

Exploring Nod-Krai:

Nod-Krai is both a region and a city on Snezhnaya's southern border. While the Voynich Guild maintains a degree of order, it's renowned as a lawless province. A significant Fatui stronghold, led by the popular Harbinger Dottore, operates within Nod-Krai. Nasha Town is a key settlement within the province, and its inhabitants reportedly possess power predating Teyvat's seven Elements.

Dividing Snezhnaya into multiple releases might prove controversial, but its sheer size presents narrative and developmental challenges for a single-year release. With Natlan's Archon Quest concluding in Version 5.3, subsequent updates will likely lay the groundwork for Snezhnaya's introduction. While Capitano's fate remains unclear, Natlan will introduce Skirk, a playable character with connections to Khaenri'ah's Five Sinners. Barring unforeseen delays, Version 6.0 is anticipated for September 10, 2025.
