Kicking off the Naruto: Path of the Ninja series is Naruto: Konoha Ninpōchō. Released in 2003, this title was exclusively available in Japan for the Bandai WonderSwan Color handheld console. Both the console and the game remained region-locked. The game's narrative centers around the Land of Waves arc, supplemented by additional missions featuring Team 7.

Initially, players control only Team 7 and Kakashi, with additional characters unlockable upon progression.

Despite its numbering, Naruto RPG 2: Chidori vs. Rasengan is a direct sequel to Naruto: Path of the Ninja. Released in 2005 for the Nintendo DS by Tomy, this game remained exclusive to Japan. The story follows the Search for Tsunade arc, concluding with Sasuke's defection from Konoha.

  1. Naruto: Path of the Ninja 2 (2006)

Concluding the series is Naruto: Path of the Ninja 2, another Tomy-developed title. Released in Japan in 2006, it later received a worldwide Nintendo DS release in 2008. Unlike the other games which largely adhere to the anime's canon, this installment features a completely original, non-canon storyline. The Three Ryūdōin Brothers serve as the primary antagonists, alongside an original Anbu character allied with the player.

These five games comprise the complete Naruto: Path of the Ninja series. While their titles vary, they all offer distinct Naruto gaming experiences.
