Gaining the freedom to explore the Panopticon in Freedom Wars Remastered is a significant early milestone. Despite limitations on movement and interaction, this central area is crucial for story progression and accessing shops.

Locating Enzo in Freedom Wars Remastered

To find Enzo, exit the Warren and descend the lift to Level 2's main cell block. To the elevator's left, Pedro, who also has issues with Enzo, will direct you to Sector 2-E165. While you might encounter Pedro earlier, interaction with Enzo is only possible after initiating the quest.

Reporting Pedro yields no useful information; he'll suggest reporting Enzo instead.

To the left of Pedro, follow the wall to the far end of the cell block, where a blue lift icon marks a door. This isn't a standard elevator; activating the device transports you to Sector 2-E165.

Inside, Enzo's location is indicated by a yellow exclamation mark. He's at the far end of the cell block, on the third floor. Avoid excessive sprinting to prevent sentence extension.

Bribing Enzo in Freedom Wars Remastered
