Free Fire, Garena's renowned mobile battle royale, is set to electrify the Esports World Cup 2025 in Riyadh with a staggering $1 million prize pool. As part of a multi-year partnership with EWC, fans can anticipate another thrilling event in 2026.

Mark your calendars for July 16th to 20th, as 18 elite Free Fire squads from around the globe will clash in a battle for supremacy. The competition kicks off with a group stage, where teams are divided into three groups of six. The top twelve teams will advance to the Point-Rush stage, leading up to the intense Grand Final, which employs a match point format to determine the ultimate champion. Additionally, a $10,000 bonus awaits the tournament's MVP, recognizing the standout individual performance.

ytReturning to defend their title are Team Falcons, who made history last year by becoming the first Free Fire champions at the Esports World Cup. After a challenging start in the Point-Rush stage, they surged ahead with two crucial Booyahs in the finals, securing the trophy and a spot in the World Series in Rio.

Qualifiers are heating up, with FFWS SEA concluding on June 14th, sending eight teams to Riyadh. LATAM will dispatch two teams by June 1st, Brazil will contribute four by June 22nd, and single teams from Pakistan, the FF MSC, and Bangladesh will also qualify. As the defending champions, Team Falcons have secured their automatic return.
