Unlocking the Winterfest mystery begins with SGT. Winter and Noir in Seaport City. However, Noir's next task requires you to follow a trail, leading to a mountain south of Brutal Boxcars (near Mariah Carey's location). You'll need to interact with three specific objects:

Finding the Clues:

1. Dog Statue: Locate a dog statue, reminiscent of Snoop Dogg's Chapter 2 Remix mansion decor, atop a hill at the end of a wooden fence.

2. Microphone Stand: Next, find a microphone stand nestled against a metal fence along the road at the mountain's base. It may blend in, but will glow when you approach.

3. Turntable: Finally, locate a turntable near a kiosk, just down the road from the microphone stand. This one is easily spotted.

Questioning the Traveler (Santa Snoop):

After interacting with all three objects, head to the mountain cabin. Inside, you'll discover Santa Snoop, a festive version of the rapper, who holds the answers. Speaking with him completes this stage of the Winterfest 2024 questline, allowing you to return to Noir.
