The video features short combat sequences showcasing nine initial playable jobs: Warrior, Paladin, Bard, Black Mage, Summoner, Monk, Dragoon, Scholar, and White Mage. Despite the characters being at low levels, the footage reveals a user interface designed specifically for touchscreen devices, promising a seamless mobile experience.

⚫︎ Square Enix has officially confirmed that Final Fantasy XIV Mobile, developed in collaboration with Tencent's Lightspeed Studios, will launch with the A Realm Reborn storyline. This approach offers both seasoned players and newcomers a chance to explore the MMORPG from its contemporary starting point.

The announcement, which put an end to months of speculation, came with a Q&A video featuring producer Naoki “Yoshi-P” Yoshida. He elaborated on the game's narrative progression and future rollout plans. Although the mobile version will initially be available in China, a worldwide release is anticipated to follow.

Yoshida also mentioned that the vast content will be rolled out progressively, with the potential for adjustments based on player feedback.
