EOS Integration Boosts Battle Crush

NCSoft has announced the end of service (EOS) for its multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) game, Battle Crush. This is surprising, as the game never reached its full release. Following a global test in August 2023 and early access in June 2024, the game is shutting down just months later.

Battle Crush Shutdown Date:

The game servers will close on November 29th, 2024. In-game purchases are no longer available. Refunds will be issued for purchases made between June 27th, 2024, and October 23rd, 2024.

Android and Steam users can request refunds from December 2nd, 2024, to January 2025. Players should download any desired game content before November 28th, 2024, as the game will be unavailable afterward.

The official website will remain online until May 30th, 2025, for support purposes. Social media and Discord will close on January 31st, 2025.

Unexpected Closure?

The sudden closure is disappointing for players who invested time and effort. While Battle Crush offered enjoyable gameplay, it lacked polish. Some players found the controls clunky and the pacing uneven. These shortcomings likely contributed to the EOS decision.

You can still download Battle Crush from the Google Play Store before the shutdown. For more gaming news, check out our upcoming article on Black Desert Mobile's autumn season with story-driven quests.
