EA's popular mobile city-builder, The Simpsons: Tapped Out, is shutting down after a twelve-year run. Launched in 2012 on Apple's App Store and 2013 on Google Play, the game will cease operation on January 24th, 2025. In-app purchases are already unavailable. New downloads will be blocked starting October 31st, 2024.

Game Closure Date:

While players can continue enjoying the game until January 24th, 2025, the servers will be permanently deactivated on that date. EA has expressed gratitude to its players for their decade-long support.

One Last Chance to Experience Springfield:

If you haven't yet experienced the joy of rebuilding Springfield after Homer's nuclear mishap, now's your chance! The game lets you manage Springfield, bringing back favorite characters like Marge, Lisa, Bart, and even Fat Tony, complete with unique outfits. Expand your town to Springfield Heights and even run Apu's Kwik-E-Mart.
