EA confirmed the release window of the new Battlefield

Electronic Arts has unveiled the projected launch timeframe for the next Battlefield game. Their financial report indicates a release before April 2026.

Industry insider Tom Henderson, analyzing EA's past release schedules, predicts an October or November 2025 launch for the new Battlefield title. However, EA remains tight-lipped on precise release dates.

Development is underway across four of EA's internal studios, with extensive playtesting planned. A closed beta program has already been announced, providing key gameplay elements to testers for feedback. This feedback will be crucial in polishing the game before its official debut.

This announcement also clarifies the future of Need for Speed. Vince Zampella previously indicated that a new NFS title is not imminent, as the Battlefield project currently holds top priority.
