Dragonkin: The Banished - New Era Starts with Demo and Major Updates Planned

Eko Software and NACON have exciting news for RPG fans with the launch of a demo and a detailed roadmap for the early access journey of their action-packed game, Dragonkin: The Banished. The early access version, set to launch on March 6, 2025, on Steam, includes the prologue and the first chapter. Players can dive into the game's immersive story through three distinct heroes: the Knight, the Oracle, and the Barbarian. This version will also introduce four Vermplings, cooperative companions that join players in battle, and the innovative Bloodline Grid skill progression system. Additionally, players can engage in endgame hunting quests and experience initial upgrades to the central hub city. The demo is available to play now until March 3, 2025, as part of Steam Next Fest, giving everyone a taste of what's to come.

The development team has ambitious plans for the year ahead. Spring updates will bring new abilities, enhanced endgame content, a new endgame activity, and improved features for the hub city. Summer updates promise the introduction of a new hero, additional skills, and expanded endgame challenges. By autumn, the game will roll out multiplayer support, along with ongoing refinements to the Bloodline Grid and hub city mechanics.
