Pokémon GO Tour: Unova and City Safari Events Announced

Get ready, Pokémon GO Trainers! Two exciting events are on the horizon: Pokémon GO Tour: Unova and Pokémon GO City Safari.

Pokémon GO Tour: Unova (February 21-23, 2025)

This in-person event will take place in Los Angeles, California (Rose Bowl Stadium) and New Taipei City, Taiwan (Metropolitan Park). Inspired by Pokémon Black, White, Black 2, and White 2, the event features themed habitats (Winter Caverns, Spring Soiree, Summer Vacations, and Autumn Masquerade) showcasing Unova region Pokémon.

Highlights include:

• Shiny Deerling variants depending on habitat and time of day.
• Shiny Meloetta encounter via Masterwork Research.
• Shiny Sigilyph, Bouffalant, and other Pokémon hatches.
• Shiny Pikachu with unique hats via Field Research.
• Five-Star Raids featuring Reshiram and Zekrom.
• Three-Star Raids featuring Druddigon.
• One-Star Raids featuring Snivy, Tepig, and Oshawott (increased shiny chance).

Tickets are available now at a discounted price: $25 USD in Los Angeles and $630 NT in New Taipei City. Add-on ticket options offer extra bonuses. The event runs from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time (PST and GMT+8, respectively). Booths and team lounges will provide merchandise and relaxation areas.

A global event, Pokémon GO Tour: Unova - Global, will follow on March 1-2, offering free Unova region exploration for all trainers.

Pokémon GO City Safari (December 7-8, 2024)

This city-wide event will be held in Hong Kong and São Paulo, Brazil, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. local time. Join Professor Willow and Eevee to solve a Pokémon mystery!

Key features:

• Receive a special explorer hat-wearing Eevee.
• Evolve Eevee (retaining the hat) into Sylveon or Jolteon with 25 Eevee Candy.
• Complete the Eevee Explorers Expedition for a second explorer hat Eevee.
• Encounter Galarian Slowpoke, Unown P, Clamperl, and more in the wild.
• Hatch Oricorio (Pom-Pom and Sensu Styles), Swablu, Skiddo, and location-specific Pokémon.
• Receive a Pikachu or Eevee visor (while supplies last).

Tickets cost R$45 in São Paulo and $10 USD in Hong Kong. Add-on tickets offer extra items and increased shiny Pokémon encounter rates.
