New Deadlock update: Calico nerfed, Sinclair reworked

Deadlock receives another surprise update from Valve, this time focusing on balance adjustments for four heroes and item tweaks.

Calico suffered significant nerfs. Her "Return to Shadows" ability now has a ten-second longer cooldown, with 20% of its speed boost shifted to tier 2. The damage of her tier 2 "Leaping Slash" was also reduced.

Sinclair received visual enhancements with updated sounds and animations, and his "Rabbit Hex" ability has been reworked into an area-of-effect (AoE) attack. Holliday and Wraith also experienced nerfs, though specifics weren't detailed.

Item changes include a reduction in stacks for "Ammo Scavenger," removing its health bonus. "Extra Stamina" and "Restorative Shot" no longer boost fire rate and weapon damage, respectively.

This marks Deadlock's fifth update of 2025 and the first in February. Valve has adopted a more flexible update schedule, releasing patches as needed rather than adhering to a fixed timetable.
