Paradox Interactive has unveiled an exciting lineup of content for Crusader Kings III in 2025, all part of Chapter IV, which focuses on expanding the game's reach into Asia with new mechanics and regions.

The chapter starts with the release of the cosmetic DLC, Crowns of the World. This stylish addition includes six crowns, four hairstyles, and two beards, offering players more ways to customize their rulers' appearances.

On April 28, the first major DLC, Khans of the Steppe, will launch, enabling players to take command of the Mongols. As the Great Khan, you'll lead a nomadic horde, conquering lands and establishing dominance over neighboring territories.

Next up, Coronations, set to release in Q3 (July–September), introduces a new ceremonial mechanic. Players can legitimize their reign through grand coronation events, hosting lavish festivities, making solemn vows, and choosing the path for their kingdom. This DLC also adds new advisor and vassal events, enhancing political interactions and adding depth to royal succession.

The chapter concludes with the massive expansion, All Under Heaven, arriving later in the year. This expansion includes the entire East Asian map, featuring detailed depictions of China, Korea, Japan, and the Indonesian islands, providing players with vast new territories to explore and conquer.

In addition to these major releases, Paradox Interactive will roll out patches throughout the year to refine game systems and improve AI behavior. The developers are keen on incorporating player feedback, with the next Q&A session scheduled for March 26.
