How To Complete Hush, My Darling in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2

Embark on the side quest "Hush, My Darling" in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*, which you'll pick up from Miskowitz in the Kuttenberg Region, just west of Kuttenberg City. It's time to put your blacksmithing skills to the test to help resolve this intriguing quest.

Speak with Martha

Head to the southeastern part of Miskowitz village to find Martha, who resides in the house connected to the forge. Upon entering, engage her in conversation and ask if she needs any assistance. She'll express her need for someone skilled in blacksmithing. Respond with, "I'm a blacksmith! I'd be glad to help," to officially begin the "Hush, My Darling" side quest.

If you haven't yet, you can also speak with the bailiff about Matthew from the Dry Devil's group. Conveniently, the bailiff is standing right next to Martha, making it easy to locate her.

Craft Horseshoes

You may already have the necessary items for this quest. You need two Farmer's Horseshoes, which you might have crafted earlier to level up your blacksmithing skills. If not, gather two pieces of Scrap Metal and head to the forge to create them. Once you've crafted the horseshoes, return them to Martha.

Find Victoria

Martha will inform you that the horseshoes are meant for Victoria and offer to deliver them yourself to progress the quest. Victoria's home is located a short distance south of the forge. Upon arrival, you'll find her house empty, but notice blood inside when you open the first door on the left.

Inspect the blood when prompted during "Hush, My Darling" in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*. Return to Martha with your findings, and she'll suggest checking Sigismund's camp for Victoria.

Sigismund's Camp

Located south of Opatowitz, Sigismund's camp is your next destination. If you're also searching for Matthew from the Dry Devil, you might encounter him en route. Once at the camp, locate the blacksmith and inquire about Victoria. He'll mention that a soldier named Black had shown interest in her. To find Black, head to the infirmary tent, where he's currently ill.

Black requires medicine before he'll assist you. Provide him with a Digestive Potion to treat his food poisoning. If you don't have one, craft it and return. Wait a couple of hours for the potion to take effect before he'll share information.

Black reveals that he said some things to Victoria, suggesting she might have gone into the eastern woods. Follow the quest marker on your map to find her sitting on a stump.

Victoria is understandably upset. Engage her in conversation about the situation. The choices you make here don't impact future events, but if you had Black promise to look after Victoria, you can pass this on to her, which might offer her some hope for the future.

Completing this conversation marks the end of "Hush, My Darling" in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*. You can now proceed with the main quests or explore other side quests like "In Vino Veritas."
