Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 has launched its first update since its debut. In a Steam blog post dated April 30, Sandfall Interactive announced that Hotfix 1.2.2 is now available, tackling multiple bugs and refining localization.

The update addresses in-game issues, including a soft-lock triggered by stunning the Grown Bourgeon, world map glitches, and other minor problems. It also includes refinements to French, German, and Chinese translations for specific game elements.

This followed a tweet from The Hundred Line’s co-director, Kazutaka Kodaka, who praised Expedition 33 on April 28, stating, “Once you’ve completed Expedition 33, this Japanese gem will be ready for you!” Kodaka continued to promote both titles, urging fans to experience these exceptional RPGs.
