Buttered Cat's Puzzle Platforming Prowess: A Google-Friendly Write-up

A charming new game, Cato: Buttered Cat, is coming soon to Android! The name itself is a playful combination of "cat" and "toast," perfectly reflecting the game's unique premise. Ever wondered what happens when you attach buttered toast to a cat's back? The developers did, and the answer is pure, gravity-defying fun!

Initially conceived for the 2022 BOOOM Gamejam competition, Cato: Buttered Cat, developed by Team Woll, received such positive feedback that it's been expanded into a full game. Currently available on Steam for PC, the Android version is on its way. While the Google Play page isn't yet live, you can pre-register now via the official TapTap page.

Gameplay:

Cato: Buttered Cat is a delightful puzzle platformer where you control both a cat and a slice of buttered toast. Work together to solve puzzles, overcome obstacles, and explore whimsical worlds. The game boasts:

• Five unique worlds filled with quirky contraptions.
• Over 200 levels, including side quests.
• A captivating storyline revealed piecemeal throughout the levels.
• 30 distinct outfits to dress your feline friend.

The gameplay is innovative, leveraging the contrasting abilities of the cat (climbing, running) and the toast (projectile capabilities).
