Understanding Legacy XP Tokens in Black Ops 6

Following the Season 01 update for Black Ops 6 and Warzone, many players discovered a surplus of previously unseen XP tokens in Black Ops 6. These were quickly used to boost XP, Weapon XP, and Battle Pass progression. However, a November 15th patch addressed a bug that allowed these tokens to be activated within the Black Ops 6 interface.

These Legacy XP Tokens are unused XP tokens carried over from previous Call of Duty games accessible via the COD HQ app, such as Modern Warfare II, Modern Warfare III, or Warzone. These tokens were earned through various methods in those games, including DMZ missions, Battle Pass tiers, and promotions with brands like Little Caesar's and Monster Energy.
