April 2025 PlayStation Plus Games Unveiled

Sony has announced an exciting lineup for PlayStation Plus Essential subscribers in April 2025, featuring RoboCop: Rogue City (PS5), The Texas Chain Saw Massacre (PS4, PS5), and Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth – Hacker’s Memory (PS4). These titles were unveiled in a recent PlayStation.Blog post, and they will be available to download starting April 1 at no extra cost to subscribers. The games will remain accessible until the next set of titles arrives on May 5.

PlayStation Plus members will find a diverse range of gaming experiences in the April 2025 selection. Headlining the lineup is RoboCop: Rogue City from Teyon and Nacon, a first-person shooter that immerses players in the role of Alex Murphy as he combats crime in a dystopian Detroit. The game received a significant update in January of the previous year, introducing a New Game Plus mode. For those seeking a more intense multiplayer experience, The Texas Chain Saw Massacre by Sumo Digital and Gun Media offers an asymmetrical horror game where players can either survive or become part of the Slaughter Family. This chilling game simulates the terror of being pursued by Leatherface and his chainsaw. Despite some technical challenges, it provided a few hours of entertainment, earning a 6/10 in our review.

To balance out the intensity, Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth – Hacker’s Memory from Bandai Namco offers a more relaxed pace with its turn-based gameplay and expansive digital world. Released in 2018, this game allows players to collect over 320 Digimon and explore a new perspective on the original Cyber Sleuth storyline.

As these new titles prepare to launch, PlayStation Plus subscribers should not forget to download the March 2025 games before they are replaced on March 31.
