Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Invades Mobile Devices

Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete is now available for iOS and Android devices! This offline version of the original Pocket Camp offers the complete experience without needing an internet connection.

While the online version of Pocket Camp is shutting down, fans can rejoice! This new release delivers the full game offline, eliminating the need for in-app purchases and constant online access. You can still connect with other players, though interactions are more limited, in the new Whisper Pass area, exchanging stories and the all-new Camper Cards.

Existing players won't lose their progress; save data can be transferred from the original game. Plus, there are new ways to earn Leaf Tokens and other features previously exclusive to the Pocket Camp Club Monthly Subscription.

A fitting conclusion (with some food for thought)

The closure of the original Pocket Camp had its downsides, but the launch of Complete is a satisfying resolution. An offline version with all original features, plus additional content, is more than many games offer.
