Alien: Rogue Incursion Upgraded for PS5, PC; No Xbox Version Yet

Prepare to dive deeper into the terrifying world of the Alien universe with the upgraded Alien: Rogue Incursion - Part One: Evolved Edition. The best part? You no longer need a VR headset to experience the horror. Set to launch on PC and PlayStation 5 on September 30, 2025, this new edition promises "even deadlier Xenomorphs and enhanced visuals." Starting today, you can add the non-VR version to your wishlist on Steam and PlayStation.

Originally, Alien: Rogue Incursion - Part One debuted on PlayStation VR2 and PCVR via Steam in December 2024, followed by a release on Meta Quest 3 in February. Developed and published by Survios, the Evolved Edition comes in two versions: the standard edition at $29.99 and the Digital Deluxe edition at $39.99.

Set between the iconic films Alien and Aliens, the game thrusts players into a gripping narrative on the planet Purdan (LV-354). You'll join Zula and her Synthetic companion, Davis 01, on a mission to find a lost squadmate, only to find yourselves ensnared in the eerie Castor's Cradle research facility of Gemini Exoplanet Solutions. Expect intense action, menacing Xenomorphs, and a deep mystery to unravel.

IGN's review of the VR version gave it a 7/10, praising it as "a compelling first crack at bringing Alien to VR with lots of room to grow." Excitingly, the team behind Alien: Rogue Incursion - Part One will showcase the Evolved Edition at IGN Live next month, giving fans a fresh look at the game.
