May 2025 PlayStation Plus Game Catalog Revealed

Sony has revealed an exciting lineup of new games coming to the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog in May 2025, catering to subscribers of the Extra and Premium tiers. The announcement, detailed in a recent PlayStation.Blog post, showcases a diverse selection of nine titles set to launch on May 20, offering something for every type of gamer.

For PlayStation Plus Extra subscribers, the highlight is undoubtedly "Sand Land," an action RPG based on the beloved manga by Akira Toriyama, available on both PS4 and PS5. Other notable additions include "Five Nights at Freddy’s: Help Wanted – Full Time Edition" and the comprehensive "S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Legends of the Zone Trilogy," which arrives alongside an enhanced version for PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X | S. GSC Game World has confirmed that owners of the original trilogy on console will receive this enhanced edition at no extra cost, though it's uncertain whether this benefit extends to PlayStation Plus players.

PlayStation Plus Premium members will also enjoy a classic addition with "Battle Engine Aquila," a sci-fi action game playable on PS4 and PS5. In this title, players command a versatile war vehicle capable of engaging enemies in both aerial and ground combat.
