Getting started is a breeze:

• Download the app and register in just a few minutes using only your phone number and a bank card.
• Use the in-app map to locate the nearest e-scooter.
• Scan the QR code on the wheel, select your preferred tariff plan, and hit "Start."
• Unlock the scooter, give it a push, and press the gas lever on the right side of the wheel to set off.
• Finish your ride by locking the scooter at any of the numerous parking lots available.
• Monitor the scooter's charge to ensure you can complete your ride and lock up in time.

With Urent's multi-rent feature, you can rent up to 5 scooters and/or bikes under one account. Simply scan the QR codes of the vehicles you need.

Plan ahead with the booking and standby mode features. Book a bike or e-scooter within the app, and it will be reserved for you for up to 10 minutes. You can also put your e-scooter in standby mode during your rental, which keeps the rent active while allowing you to lock the scooter and step away for a few minutes without worrying about its safety.
