About Hazari:

1. Player Setup: Hazari is a 4-player card game using a standard 52-card deck.
2. Card Distribution: Each player receives 13 cards, totaling 52 cards.
3. Card Arrangement: Players have time to arrange their cards in descending order.
4. Signaling Readiness: A player signals readiness by calling "up" once their cards are arranged.
5. Game Start: Once all players are ready, the player to the right of the dealer begins by playing a card.
6. Winning Rounds: The player with the highest card value wins the round and leads the next play.
7. Scoring: After all cards are played, points are counted based on the cards won.
8. Point Values: Cards from Ace (A) to 10 are worth 10 points, while cards from 9 to 2 are worth 5 points.
9. Detailed Scoring: A, K, Q, J, and 10 each score 10 points; 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, and 2 each score 5 points.
10. Winning the Game: The first player to accumulate 1000 points wins the game.
11. Tie-Breaking: If multiple players play the same card value, the player who played later wins the round.
12. Hand Rankings:
    • Troy: Three of a kind (e.g., AAA, KKK, QQQ, etc.).
    • Color Run: Three consecutive cards of the same suit (e.g., AKQ of Spades, A23 of Hearts, etc.).
    • Run: Three consecutive cards of any suit (e.g., AKQ mixed suits, A23 mixed suits, etc.).
    • Color: Three cards of the same suit, not necessarily consecutive (e.g., K83 of Spades, 639 of Hearts, etc.).
    • Pair: Two cards of the same rank with a third card (e.g., 443, 99J, QQ6, etc.).
    • Indi or Individuals: Three cards that don't form any of the above combinations, highest card determines rank.

How to Play:

1. Card Arrangement: Each player arranges their 13 cards into four groups: 3, 3, 3, and 4 cards.
2. First Round: One player leads with three cards, followed by the other players.
3. Winning and Leading: The winner of the first round takes the cards and leads the next round with another set of three cards.
4. Second and Third Rounds: The process repeats, with the winner of each round leading the next.
5. Final Round: The winner of the third round leads with their final four cards.
6. Game Continuation: The game continues until one player reaches 1000 points.
