Dans ce jeu de survie spatiale, les joueurs incarnent le « mauvais » Père Noël chevauchant un traîneau-fusée, évitant les missiles et autres dangers sur le chemin du retour vers la Terre. Non seulement le vaisseau spatial prend un nouveau look festif, mais le Père Noël doit également éviter divers obstacles sur le thème des fêtes pour livrer des cadeaux (et du charbon) à temps.

Vous êtes-vous déjà demandé comment le Père Noël voyageait si vite à travers le monde ? Peut-être que vous pensez à la magie, mais si vous le pensez, vous vous trompez totalement ! Apparemment, il esquivait des missiles dans l'espace et utilisait la gravité d'une planète proche pour lancer une fronde vers la surface de la Terre en un temps record. C’est du moins ainsi que l’explique 2 Minutes in Space.

Dans ce jeu de survie spatiale, votre objectif est de survivre dans l'espace pendant deux minutes. En tant que pilote interstellaire, vous devrez éviter les astéroïdes, les missiles et autres dangers, et tout est question de maniabilité. Il y a 13 navires différents parmi lesquels choisir dans le jeu (à l'exclusion du Père Noël), il y a donc une grande variété de choix.
