eKavach

Uttar Pradesh's initiative for comprehensive public health service management, known as eKavach, is a CPHC (Comprehensive Primary Health Care) app developed and implemented by the National Health Mission (NHM) of Uttar Pradesh. This innovative tool is specifically designed for the use of frontline health workers, including ASHA workers, ANM, ASHA Sangini, and Community Health Officers (CHOs). eKavach leverages Argusoft's Open Source and DPG (Digital Public Good) Certified platform, MEDPlat, to streamline health service delivery. The app facilitates a complete workflow and referral system covering essential health services such as Family Folder, RMCH+ (Reproductive, Maternal, Child, and Adolescent Health), NCD (Non-Communicable Diseases), Nutrition, and more, ensuring that health workers can efficiently manage and monitor public health services.
