If you haven't already blasted off into the action, Stellar Mercenaries is a thrilling vertical-scrolling space shooter where you take on procedurally generated missions, customize your ships and weapons, and rise to become the solar system's most feared mercenary.

What's New in the Jupiter Expansion?

Jupiter itself becomes a sprawling battleground, along with its iconic moons: Ganymede (a barren wasteland), Io (volcanic and treacherous), and Europa (frozen and unforgiving). Each moon presents unique challenges, while Jupiter itself is a maelstrom of raging storms.

Two new factions join the fray: the powerful Jovian Empire, determined to control the region, and the chaotic Pirate Council, a ragtag alliance of outlaws.

The expansion delivers 50 brand-new missions with diverse objectives, including hyperspace hunts for elusive targets, thrilling piracy missions, crucial escort missions, and intense base defense operations.

Six incredible new ships are ready for deployment: the Raider, Goblin, Mako, Boxer, Lightning, and Skybreaker. Meanwhile, a potent arsenal of new weapons awaits, including the Hyper Velocity Mortar, Plasma Seeker, EMP Rockets, Mauler Cannon, Electron Beam, and Neutron Beam.

New Hazards, Shields, and More!

The update introduces Tier 4 shields and armor, significantly boosting your survivability. New hazards await, including treacherous asteroid fields, elite enemy squadrons, and the formidable Pacifier. Even the enemy mercenaries have received upgrades, with new Nightmare, Riot, and Warhawk classes posing a significant threat.
